The ProloGraft® Procedure: Dr. Goddard’s Personal Journey to Innovation

As a physician dedicated to helping my patients live pain-free lives, I have always sought solutions that move beyond temporary relief. With over 20 years in medicine, I developed the ProloGraft® procedure—a patented treatment that combines biomechanics, advanced injection precision, and specific biologic volumes to restore the body’s structural integrity.

Dr. Goddard explaining the ProloGraft procedure

The Vision: A “MAP” to Recovery

My goal has always been to revolutionize the industry by promoting true biological healing. I call it the MAP approach: improving Mobility, increasing Activity, and reducing Pain. ProloGraft® is the culmination of this vision, addressing the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.

The Evolution of a Revolution

The ProloGraft® procedure was born from the limitations of conventional medicine. During my residency, I saw standard injections fail because they were too superficial. This led me on a journey through several key innovations:

  • Prolotherapy Foundations: Learning to treat the entire ligamentous complex around a joint, not just a single point.
  • PRP Integration: Discovering that high-concentration Platelet-Rich Plasma could consolidate months of healing into a single session.
  • Advanced Biologics: Incorporating Bone Marrow and Adipose-derived tissues to treat stubborn labrum tears, meniscus damage, and arthritis.

The Three Pillars of ProloGraft®

1. Biomechanical Analysis

Understanding biotensegrity—how bones, muscles, and ligaments work as a balanced system—is essential. We analyze your specific movement patterns to identify why a joint is failing, allowing us to stabilize the foundation deep at the bone level.

2. Precision Injection Technique

Precision is our hallmark. While others may offer “blind” or superficial injections, we utilize ultrasound guidance to deliver therapeutic agents exactly where they are needed. We treat the joint capsule and all supporting structures to prevent future re-injury.

3. High-Quality Biologic Synergy

We utilize precise volumes of high-quality biologics to create cellular scaffolding for repair. Depending on your needs, we may use:

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
  • Bone Marrow Aspirate
  • Adipose (Fat) Tissue Grafts
  • Growth Factor Allografts

ProloGraft® FAQs:

How is this different from a standard joint injection?
Standard protocols often focus on a single point or superficial trigger points. ProloGraft® targets the 10-15 different structural points that stabilize the joint, using biologics tailored to your injury’s severity.

Who is the ideal candidate?
From athletes needing a swift return to the field to professionals managing chronic pain, ProloGraft® is for anyone seeking a non-surgical alternative to joint and tissue repair.

Take the First Step Towards True Healing

The ProloGraft® procedure isn’t just about injections; it’s about restoring your quality of life through science and precision. If you are tired of treatments that don’t last, it’s time to explore a revolutionary approach to recovery.
