Firefly Light Therapy has mixed-spectrum of blue light, red light, and infrared light. It has been shown that blue light stimulates lymph activity, promotes healing of cutaneous injuries (burns, cuts, contusions), and even helps to combat MRSA. The benefits of red and near infrared light include stimulation of stem cells, reduced inflammation, increased production of collagen, and increased delivery of oxygen into the mitochondria.
