Meet our Doctor – Kristopher Goddard, D.O.

Kristopher Goddard, D.O., a.k.a. “Sean”, an East Tennessee native with practices in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Miami, Florida, strives to provide his patients with exceptional care in regenerative and anti-aging medicine by incorporating training from traditional medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, craniosacral, regenerative injections, acupuncture, and functional medicine.

Dr. Goddard compassionately seeks to promote health and well-being by assisting your body’s own natural health and self-healing through the treatment of the whole body while understanding the interconnection of all body systems and the effect of each on the other, focusing on nutrition, toxicities, evaluating the musculoskeletal system, identifying and correcting structural problems, implementing the non-pharmaceutical approach, utilizing nonsurgical and natural treatments through osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), platelet rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell injections, acupuncture, and developing attitudes and lifestyles that help fight illness and prevent disease. OMT combined with all other aspects of medicine provides for the most comprehensive care available in medicine today.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biochemistry and minors in Mathematics at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Dr. Goddard continued his education at NOVA Southeastern in Davie, Florida, graduating with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. He trained at a hospital that incorporated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine for patients staying in the hospital and at the outpatient clinic. He then pursued and completed a Family Practice residency program.

Additionally, Dr. Goddard completed the Leadership Training Program for Complementary and Alternative Medicine sponsored by National Institutes for Health (NIH) at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Medical Acupuncture for Physicians through UCLA, Prolotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma injections, Stem Cell injections, multiple courses in intravenous nutrients, and Cranial coursework. While in medical school, Dr. Goddard completed a fellowship in Anatomy, a pre-doctoral fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice as well as participated in multiple conferences and fellowships. Dr. Goddard was chosen as the 2006 Student of the Year by Florida Academy of Osteopathy (FAO) as well as serving as class Vice President and the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) Osteopathic Awareness Co-Chair his first year in medical school. Dr. Goddard considers continuing education of utmost importance to his patients and seeks to provide them with the most recent advances in integrative and osteopathic medicine possible.
